We’re making paying your JEA bill more convenient than ever by adding more places to make your payments close to home, work and school. Paying your bill at a JEA authorized location is always free and only JEA authorized payment-only locations credit your payment to your account within an hour.* Business hours vary by location.
Winn-Dixie and SaveRite Payments
Now, you can pay your JEA bill at all area Winn-Dixie and SaveRite stores within our service area. Payments at Winn-Dixie and SaveRite grocery stores may be made with:
- Cash
- Check
- Debit Card
- NO money orders are accepted for payments.

 Other JEA Authorized Payment-only Locations
You can still pay your bill at any of the 90-plus neighborhood locations you’ve used in the past. Look for this official signage at other JEA authorized payment-only locations. At these locations, payments may be made with:
- Cash
- Check
- Money Orders
- NO debit cards are accepted for payments.

*Please Note: Payments made at any JEA authorized payment-only location after 6 p.m. will be credited to your account at 7 a.m. the next business day. Payments made on weekends will be credited to your account at 7 a.m. Monday morning.
