Look for this official signage at all JEA authorized payment-only locations.
Payments may be made with cash, check or money order. Remember to have your JEA bill and/or account number when you visit a payment-only location. Paying your bill at a JEA payment only location is free. Only JEA authorized payment-only locations will credit your payment to your account within an hour.* Business hours vary by location.

*Please Note: Payments made after 6 p.m. will be credited to your account at 7 a.m. the next business day. Payments made on weekends will be credited to your account at 7 a.m. Monday morning.
